Get comfortable, many of us have been waiting for support replies for more than 2 weeks or even longer

No... unless GGG fired all their current support staff and hired a lot of new people, what’s likely to happen—based on my personal experience and the experiences of many others on the forum—is this: around three weeks later, you’ll receive a response saying they won’t return your items based on their policy. Then, they’ll lock your account to 'prevent further damage from the hacker.'

After that, you’ll probably end up creating a new account to come to the forum and complain, only to discover that many others are already here, waiting another three weeks (or more) for their accounts to be unlocked.

I'm in the same boat, I had my account hacked on Saturday all of my gear was swiped they even left me a bunch of T1 maps to troll me... Just makes me sad prob 100 hours in bought $100 of stuff Steam account plus copy on PS5 all stash tabs on both accts. , once I contacted support they replied right away.. then locked my account still no response for 3 days after I secured my credentials and changed my passwords. I really am disappointed this is my new favorite game played it non stop PC Steam and PS5 with PSportal, now I have no ability to play the game since its paywall to get into the beta.. Please GGG make it a priority to help the account owners that got hacked this is not fair to your loyal fans, we just want to play the game even if I lost all my items and cant rollback, I just want to enjoy the game on a new character or restart.
