Support response takes weeks

Why does it take weeks for your support crew to answer ?

Yes I understand that this game is new, many problems and so on.

But this is not the way how you treat customers.

I had two weeks vacation and was not able to play POE2 for the whole time.

This is so annoying, you pay 30€ for a game and cant play it, not even get support.

I'm at 2 months now with no 2nd response. Support got back to me 3 weeks after my email. Asking if my issues was resolved. I said no and havent heard back in 36 days lol
