Requesting Assistance - Storm Wave / Tempest Flurry Invoker

Working on upping Energy Shield, but with Grim Remnants my survivability in T11 maps is still pretty damn good. (Chaos Inoculation is just insane QoL omg) Using Cast on Crit - Profane Ritual for Power charges, working great. Damage is pretty good for where I'm at. The current problem is mana. I need to have Inspiration on Storm Wave to not run out clearing, and even with Inspiration on Tempest Flurry I'm hitting empty FAST. If it was just that, I'd work on getting more mana regen on my gear, cause that seems like the obvious answer. But I also would like recommendations for ways to progress as I head into higher tier maps. I'm terrible at fine-tuning builds and I'm pretty sure this is the point where it'll start to fall off without some adjusting on my support gems or skill tree. Id suggest some very minor changes that can already make enough of a difference.
1. Id switch the 2 travelnodes in the Conservative Casting wheel from mana regen over to reduced mana cost. 2. Id ditch Rapid Recharge and path directly from Dampening Shield to Pure Energy, thats saving 2 points and I dont think the slightly lower recharge is going to be impactful at all. 3. Invest those 2 points into the Resonance Keystone 4. Ditch Cast on Crit entirely and run Combat Frenzy instead. This will generate Frenzy charges for all the time, which will be converted into Power Charges thanks to the keystone. 5. You just gained 70 Spirit, so add Herald of Thunder to make the most out of Coming Calamity. 6. Add Clarity to Combat Frenzy for more mana reg, thats just 10 Spirit and you can afford it 7. Ghost Dancer should be enough to sustain ES during bossfights and make up for the recovery loss from ditching Rapid Recharge |

I am getting Power Charges *way* faster this way and I swear there was some other reason it felt better, but I can try HoT out again now that I've got some better gear and see how it feels. You're absolutely right that Coming Calamity is a bit wasted now, I hadn't thought of that. " I actually already have Clarity socketed, so I may end up with a bit of wasted Spirit, but oh well. I'll try Ghost Dance out, but Grim Remnants makes clearing maps SO much less stressful due to the overcapping, so I'm not sure what I'll do there. |

" Run both Ghost Dancer wont recover the overflowed ES portion but neither will ES recovery on the tree. However if you drop below that threshold Ghost Dancer can be good, if you have nough Evasion to back it up. I like Overwhelming Presence too, so I can apply ailments more easily but its rough to fit in cuz of the high STR requirements. Its an option tho. Imho all the cast on XYZ arent worth 100 spirit, which is why get of rid of them if possible. But thats just me :) |

Yeah I dunno what was going on before but switching back to Combat Frenzy and Herald of Thunder is so much better it's funny. I had to drop Clarity because I don't quite have enough Spirit (for now) but so far it's fine with Inspiration on Storm Wave. I'll see how Flurry feels whenever I fight a boss again, lord knows it's infrequent enough XD I have Blink back too, which is heavenly.
