Please add an upgrade option that make a quad Tab out of 4 normal Tabs

I'm pretty sure they have said this is a coding/quality assurance issue. It is too much work to make sure that the items in the 4 tabs being converted make it safely into your quad tab.

well I just want to reduce the amount of normal tabs in my stash

create a folder and drop your extra tabs in it
