Unable to purchase packs or points
Since last week Ive not been able to purchase any points or packs from the in game store on PS5 (It worked perfectly before then) now when I go to those tabs it just hangs on an endless loading screen which is extremely frustrating. Tried resetting the console,resetting internet.. everything.
I then bought a 100 point pack from the PS store because I had no access to buy within game to see if that would work..I logged back onto the game and the points werent there. I consulted the in game global chat about it to see if anyone playing on console had simillar issues but got no response so idk. Surely I can't be the only one experiencing this. My issue have been solved by initializing PS5, reinstalling Path of Exile 2. I can now acess the tabs. The point I bought 1 week ago is applied now.

Not sure if it was a coincidence but this worked for me reinstalling the game then logging in immediately I got a couple emails confirming my purchases one for the beta pack and another for 100 points. The microtransaction shop is also accessible in game now as well. Have been trying with support since launch to get this resolved. Just wanted to thank you would never have thought reinstalling would make any difference for this issue. Anyone else having this issue it’s worth a shot to try it out at least xD.
