Supporter Pack key is used.

Greetings! So I've tried contacting support but still nothing, it's been more than a week since the purchase and the key says it's used. The problem is, the person that was supposed to get the key never claimed it. We suspect it was stolen or phished. I would like a refund or at least give the key back. Thanks.

I did everything that I could to get a solution but still no response, nothing. Time doesn't wait for anyone here. What gives? There's money involved in this. Please fulfill your commitment to us, the customers.

It's been almost a whole month total since "supporting" by purchasing from THIS WEBSITE and still NO ANSWER from anyone. I have no means of getting my money back. Is this a new type of scam? What is going on? From all the forum posts I'm not alone in this? Do we have to go legal on this now?
