Waiting for support - any ideas till then?

My account was in a strange state, i couldn't link to steam.
But i could play via steam without a problem.
I then got info from support that i could link my accounts again. I did so and since then i can't log into the game via steam. It says i had no early Access. But i bought it via steam and was able to play. In my website account no early access ist shown, but i expected it to recognize my access via steam.

Support is contacted and i'm waiting, but ist there maybe anything i can so myself to fix this?

If you were playing from Steam then your account was already linked to Steam. If you've requested that account to be unlinked from Steam, then you would need to log back into that account using the primary login method (Path of Exile email and password) so that you can play using that account again.

Waiting for 7 weeks now. Can I at least have a confirmation that my last mail from 13.01. is in any queue and not just dumped to eternity?
