POE 2 - Savannah Map Uber Duber Lag

Not sure if this has been posted about yet, but when trying to run delerious breach in the Savannah map, you get near zero fps…or rather not so much fps as you are technically still killing enemies in “real time” but experiencing the game play in “bullet time” (think Neo in the Matrix). I took a video clip of the console experience; happy to share as needed. I’m assuming this is a bug and not a feature :)
