hello i used reedem code for early acces to poe 2 on this account. it was some time ago. when i tried to log in today i got an information that my account doesnt have access to this game idk why pls help me

Ja wykupiłem dostęp, a teraz mam tak samo jak wy.

Happened to me today.
Logged out yestarday, today after about 100 hours of play I simply cannot play anymore. Even if someone have 3rd party purchase, how on earth we are supposed to get anything if we actually played 100/200/300+ hours on our purchase? |

If you purchased your EA keys through a third party site (such as Instant Gaming or Eneba), then you will have to contact them.

But actually, from customer point of view, why should I bother?
Lot's of people are buying their keys from 3rd party companies. If this would be illegal or potential for revoking, we should be given such information. How is this even possible, that game activated on steam or so is getting cancelled avet hundreds hours of gameplay? That's basically doesn't make any sense. I'm buying keys from such companies for years now. Never got such situation that my key was revoked and I was the one who needs to get it back. And it's not like a single or double case. Looking on forums here and there, it's a phenomenon on a large scale, not caused by end customer. |
