Microtransaction shop screen totally empty

Hey all,

I’m playing on PS5, and I want to buy more stash tabs. However, when I try to access the shop to buy them, the page is just completely empty. It shows my character standing there, with the background appropriate for the Act that I’m in. I can open the cart, but it’s obviously empty. I can open the Filters, but searching or enabling filters does nothing. When I press X to “select”, I can hear the sound effect, but nothing else happens.

Similarly, when I go to the “Featured” tab, it shows a few icons for featured things (“Early Access Supporter Packs”, “Armour Sets”, “Stash Tabs”), but selecting them with X does nothing.

My PS account is linked to PoE, though it only shows my PoE1 character information. Do I need to link my PoE 2 information somehow? I’ve been playing the game constantly since launch with no issues so far. I’ve reinstalled the game a few times, with no changes.

Anybody have any ideas?
