Can't blow horn~don't have horn now~need reset

Hello, I'm stuck on cuel act 2. I tried redoing the Ascent to power quest and The trail of corruption quests multiple times but I've had no luck. Now my horn is completely missing and I don't know what to do.

For me the pieces all went away but it didn't give me a horn. Now I have to try and do it all again?
