poe2 stash withdraw deleted my gear from ps5 remove only tab

Hello,

hopefully someone can help me with this, i had a remove only tab on ps5 so i went to withdraw the other body armour from the remove only tab and i accidently clicked equipped, when i did this it it seems like the body armour i had on vanished and got deleted. the stash tab was a remove only tab and my inventory was full, the body armour is now gone? I looked in every other stash tab, the ground, NPC's stores and even guild stash it is no where to be found. is this a known bug/glitch? How do i go about getting this fixed and brought up to the dev team to hopefully fix this and make it right and prevent this from happening to others if it hasn't already.
