Disfunctional hideout

1. Alva in hideout dont have option to by or sell, so if you want to gamble you need to port back to The Ziggurat Refuge (past) and do it there with him.
2. If you open map device in your hideout (default or MTX doesnt matter), you cant see influence circles from Lost Towers. You see them only from map device in Ziggurat Refugee (past).
