For all that is holy, fix it so that trade site no longer lists item that have already been sold.

I made the mistake of listing a ritual tablet for 2 ex. I sold it 2.5 hours ago at the time I'm typing this and I'm still getting buy requests for the item every 5 seconds. And no, that is not an exaggeration. I had to enable DND to make the incessant whisper pings stop.

Tried logging out to character screen and also quitting the game to log in fresh. Neither of those made the buy messages stop coming.
