My account was muted again today, which I believe may be due to a transaction-related message posted in the global chat. However, I've observed that other players often post similar messages in the same chat, but their accounts don't seem to be muted. Such messages are generally considered acceptable, and I have not yet found any clear rules prohibiting such behavior. This confuses and unfairly me because it seems like only my account is being muted. This has happened more than once, and I want to understand why. Here are my concerns and requests: Can you clarify the specific reason why my account was muted and what rules I violated? Why don't other players who post similar messages seem to be subject to the same action? I kindly ask to review my account status and unmute if possible. I really enjoyed playing this game and have always aimed to follow its rules. If I might have done something wrong unknowingly, I would appreciate a detailed explanation so that I can avoid such problems in the future. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. You would get muted if you posted a Trade in Global. Trade posts belong in the Trade channels.
