Uploaded a ping snip to Google while launching POE. Does anyone know why or even how this is possible? The only application this happens with is Path of Exile 1 and 2. I can run a ping to google for hours and hours doing anything else on my PC, browsing, gaming, streaming... As soon as I run POE I start getting timed out responses and even general transmit issues with my connection completely disabling itself. I have tried running completely opened with no firewalls no configs no anti-virus no anti-malware... nothing. Event Viewer even shows an error that my network card cannot recognize itself anymore after I launch POE. (Event 5005, Netwtw14, Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz: Has encountered an internal error and has failed.) (Event 5002, Netwtw14, Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz: Has determined the network adapter is not functioning properly.) (Event 5007, Netwtw14, The description for Event ID 5007 from source Netwtw14 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: \Device\NDMP14 Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table) I have the most up-to-date drivers for my WiFi adapter, I have completely reimaged my machine, and still... It ONLY happens with path of exile clients for both path of exile 1 and 2. Also, this happens on my home WiFi network AND my tethered cellphone data network (which has unlimited tethering). Does anyone have any clue what else I can try? I am also ordering a new NIC that will be here in a couple of days... But this seems like it "shouldn't" be the issue because this only happens with POE. ign Nevur Last bumped on Jan 5, 2025, 11:47:15 AM
