Stormweaver - Archmage + Eye of Winter + Ice Wall (Max Difficulty Xesht sub-5 seconds)

Not a guide but a brief showcase of what I've been working on.

I'd call this build ethical since I'm not relying on Soul Offering in my weapon swap to deal good damage. I am not using any mega expensive chase uniques like Ingenuity, just a simple rare belt. I am not using Dream Fragments either... too expensive for me.

I am scaling lightning damage with Archmage thereby allowing Eye of Winter to deal decent damage while clearing, but insane damage vs bosses because bosses can eat almost every single projectile fired. The same thing happens with Ice Wall: the bosses take almost all explosions from the walls.

This allows shotgunning to occur vs single target large enemies.
