Buffer Underflow

Heii. POE.2 support.

i am kind'a stuck with my sorc's in Act.3 Cruel in first part of the jungle map..

it tells me when i try an lunch the game on my sorc. "Buffer underflow"
i've try'd a few things like validateing the files.. did'nt help i'm playing the game over Steam.. i can easy log in the game on my Witch.. an get in the game..

but then i try again on my sorc an same thing. Buffer underflow is the servers over loaded or something as i can log in on my witch without any problems an get in the game.. ??
