Game Crash and PC Shutdown Issue

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with Path of Exile 2. When I launch the game, I briefly see the mouse cursor, then the screen goes black, and my PC shuts down instantly.

Previously, I resolved this issue by disabling CPU and RAM overclocking, and the game ran without problems for the last two days. However, the issue has returned today.

I initially suspected overheating, but after letting my PC cool for 2 hours and trying again, the same crash occurred.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: GTX 770
PSU: 550W Silver
RAM: 16GB

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and suggest a solution?

I get the same pc crashes aswell, randomly and its frustrating as hell. Been like this for the last 2 weeks. No overheating here either CPU or GPU. Was fine in the beginning back at launch but now I can play 30min and crash.... 1hour then crash.... 15min and then crash etc. etc. Very often crashes occure when loading screen back to town for example.

Getting very annoying and wonder if GGG has a fix to the problem. There are many people who experience these crashes.

And this issue is major. Not just annoying little bug. Should be fixed immediately.

I've seen a lot of posts about this problem, it also exists in Diablo 4. I have problems in POE2 too.

Same for me. When location loading PC completly stuck and I need to reboot it forcely

I think they fixed it. Now I can start without power off.

i had a similar problem try going into the games graphics setting and turn off multithreading your game will run slow but it wont crash anymore i hope it helps some people out I'm running CPU 5800x3d GPU 4080
