When I Corrupted Expert Padded Legging demanding level 65, made 2 runes sockets and used 2 Soul Core of Jiquani, the option of Soul Core of Jiquani doesn't seem to apply.
Boots with more Soul Core of Jiquani in Boots show lower maximum life.
