Apart from the loot filter consoles really need a performance patch

The game runs terribly at certain points. This really needs to get fixed, because I'm forced to completely skip Breach events unless I want to die. There is no way that a game like Diablo 4 can hold a consistent 60 fps while this drops into a real slideshow. A Series X should be capable of better. I'm already running the game at 1080p with resolution scaling, culling and only shadows and it's still unplayable at certain points.
