Requesting Refund - Wraeclast (from Dec 13/18)

Hello!

I sent in a DM request on December 13 after a mistaken purchase within 7 minutes of the purchase. I then emailed support on December 18 with the transaction number, and have not spent any coins since the purchase due to fear of not getting a refund. I then sent a follow-up email on December 31. I have not received any responses and was curious what this process looks like.

I tried going through Xsolla, but they redirected me to GGG support.
I understand that there a large volume of requests; however, at this rate, I will either have to pay for the charge or get charged interest. I might have to request my credit card company to dispute the charge.

If I request a dispute charge, I am curious how this will affect my account as this was a mistaken upgrade from my previous founders pack & I have not spent any coins since. I am also curious what the current wait-time is for support to respond to tickets.
