loading screen crash

since the last update I have been having issues with loading into instances while in a party which has cost me multiple maps. Ive tried restarting pc/game/steam but doesn't fix it. It wasnt such a big deal on atlas because i would always load back into my hideout, but now its happened when I tried to connect to a party member's trails of sekhemas instance which has bricked my toon and cannot be logged into no matter what i do. ive changed servers ive waited up to an hour after to see if the instance will reset but doesnt change i just crash on the loading screen.
