Item vanished

Hello,

I entered the game 13:00, January 5th 2025 and my amulet was not equipped. I checked all of my stashes and the item was not there. Then I checked my client.txt to check if I sold the item via Trade Website but it was not the issue too. The bought the item for 80 Exalteds which is a huge amount of money for my character right now and it was completing the necessary resistance and rarity caps and my character is unplayable without it. I really need help. I know the exact item because I take notes of the expensive items I buy.
