PS5 and STEAM account link problem

Hello
I have a problem with my STEAM and PS5 account connected. I bought the game separately for PS5 and STEAM to play on both devices with my wife. When I log in to PS5, everything is fine. Then when I try to log in to PC, it automatically logs in to my PS5 account and it kicks me out on the console. It doesn't help when I try to switch to a STEAM account on PC, because then when I log in to PS5 it automatically logs me into my STEAM account, and on PC it kicks me out of the game. Has anyone had a similar problem? I wrote to SUPPORT to unlink the accounts but they do not respond.
