Roleback after Disconnect?

I did the trial for some people.
I and the ppl from the group got disconnected from the server several times.
I managed to finish the trial and got my payment.
Shotly after that i got disconnected from the server again.
All Payment was gone and i could not reenter the trial (cant open any chests at the end).

Is this a Bug, did i got scamed? What the heck happend?
