Opening passive tree make my game shut down

as my title
after leveling up to 91, I couldn't open my passive tree and adjust my skill remaining points.
At first I thought it's was simple problem that I could open it later (maybe 92LV), but when I hit 92, I still couldn't open it because It will close my game immediately.
I wonder this thing only happen in my account or anybody has the same problem too? Need it to be fixed asap because it's stopping me from changing my build pls.

btw,I equipped a Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond which affects Passives in Medium-Large Ring, I think this could be a reason?
