need help for using skills

hey guys,
i wanna use two crossbow skills-
explosive shot + shockburst rounds.
but the problem- any time i wanna use one of this skills the other one is golden and i cant use it.
maybe someone can help me to fix. How i can use both of these skills at the same time.
