Missing divines

Was playing all last night everything was ok got back on tdy for my 2 divine orbs to be missing from my stash I’ve checked every tab I’ve filtered out every tab I even went to the “owed” tab on the currency exchange but nothing very frustrating tbh spent well over 100 hours for this and then it’s a “no missing item return policy”…..just lost all interest in the game
