game breaking bug with: do not move while casting enabled

This is likely the highest priority bug you have and also it's unlisted as a bug which is terrifying. It affects all casters. As it turns out if your mouse is over any non-highlighted OR highlighted item on the ground you will simply not cast a spell and also not move. In complex situations where there are many items and enemies on the screen this can easily result in never casting a spell. The correct logic working in the original PoE is to cast the spell and ignore any sort of logic to pick up anything unless it is actually in range in which case the item is picked up and the spell is cast in the same press.

It is worth noting this bug happens in WASD and mouse and keyboard and is pretty much the funniest thing I've ever seen. just toss down like 20 separate scrolls of wisdom and turn off highlighted items then try casting as you move your cursor of the the ground where you chucked all the various scrolls. Now imagine a scenario where you try to combo spells. GG you just died while doing absolutely nothing.
