Hey GGG, E-mailed you guys since December 15, 2024 about the refund of my Coins because the cosmetic I purchased on PoE1 at December 15 did not work on PoE2 because you guys mentioned that Cosmetics can be used on both games and you guys answered on December 18, 2024 but never got back after I provided all the information you people asked me to provide.
I am now going to miss the 2nd Sale on the Stash Tabs since you got the coins I purchased from the Early access hostage. I want my Coins refunded from your False advertisement that Cosmetics can be used from PoE1 to PoE2 and additional Compensation as this has been going for more than 3 weeks now.
