Few doubts I have regarding some converts

I wanna play Warrior Titan regen build with Spark/archmage.

I tested Zealoth Oath, ES regenerates even if I am hit, with all the gear added I can get around 300 flat regen + % of life regen per second.


If I do Zealoth Oath + Eldritch battery, does my HP regen regenerate mana instead of ES?


I know percentage stats (+% HP regen) do not scale from the tooltip, but I get this flat stat from the gear.

I am like level 50, can't reach both stats yet, wanna prepare for a scenario if Eldritch battery doesn't work, I will have to focus less on ES/more on mana.
