Here there ever been a single person who got their issue resolved by support?

Not a single report of success so far.

I bought a big supporter pack, but they put the wrong address on my tshirt so it never arrived and returned to them. They didn't send a new one and didn't give me any points as compensation

I got muted for a day for no reason, they responded like 4 days later and said "that was an error, we lifted it"

I reported a gamebreaking exploit, it took them like 10 days to respond and some people abused it up the wazoo

this game has the most useless support staff of any online game
