Points got transfered to wrong account

Hi,

I already wrote a Email to Support but dont get any answer, so i try here:

I seem to have two accounts mapped to my PoE Account:
My old PoE Account “FriDay16#2647” and my actual one “Fenyx#5738” which i use to play on Steam and PS5.

It seems this happened when i merged my old Account which i dont use anymore with my new account which a have on PS5. 


Unfortunately, the “Welcome Points” for buying the Game on Steam were transferred to my old Account.





Can you please transfer the 300 Point from “FriDay16#2647” to “Fenyx#5738”?
