LIVE SEARCH NOT WORKING FOR ME SINCE 2 WEEK OF LEAGUE START

AS u can see live search not working for me since 2week of the league.

I'm frustrated and tilted. Game is absolutely unplayable at this point.
I cant buy maps ( live search ) that means i have to spend fckng 1hour just trying to message people and buy maps ...

Sometimes it works for 5-10 minutes then i get banned for no reason and here we go again .... 2-3 days no live search ...

Can someone help ? Either dont think problem is on my side...
