Early Access Key vanished

I played before Christmas for about 7,5 hours and tried to play it again yesterday. To my dissapointment i found out that my Early Access has mysteriously vanished and i can't find anything related to it on the website. Steam says i bought it i also have proof of the key activation. Please help me getting my Early Access back.

If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we are unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key.
These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access. I apologise for any inconvenience. |
