Unable to trade

Currently Level 72 Witchhunter. I am unable to trade. Only PoE 1 options appear on trade bar. As I understand it, the option for PoE 2 appears once character is level 25. I did not try to trade on the PoE site until I was level 70 and no dice. I emailed support and they replied saying they may be able to help and asked for username, character names, etc. Still waiting for a response.

I have the same problem...
