PS5/PC Quad tab issue - purchased "dual access" instead of a new tab when purchased via pc

I play on both pc and ps5 with poe2 but was ps5 on poe1 exclusively. Because of this I have many tabs from ps5 I am using to organize items when I am back on the ps5 from my PC sessions. So yesterday in the stash tab sale I bought a quad on PC to act as a dump tab to hold items collected on pc until I can get to the ps5 to organize things.

The issue is that once I purchased the pc quad tab it awarded access to my previously owned PS5 quad tab (which is full of way stones) and not a new quad tab to act as the holding tab.

So my question is this an error or as intended? When you have tabs from ps5 and purchase on pc should it award access on both platforms or a second new tab? If I purchase a set of premium tabs will it make 6 previous tabs accessible on both platforms or add 6 new tabs on PC that will be remove only when on the PS5?

Can you clarify how it will work for everyone?
