Gear drops while levelling

how can you get gear drops with lvl6 or 7 resists at level 30, and as you go higher there are no resist drops at all, unless you hope for the best and try and roll something to give resists, and, hardly ever get stones or ex to try and roll something yourself. are you trying to force us to use this sad ass market?
another thing is to sort the armor problem, how can i keep a buffer on my merc when armor is broken? please give us some rare drops, or the ability, to get better gear overall, as the levels and boss demands progress, so we can at lest build something to survive. come on guys, keep the gear with the levels, and not all of us are into RMT's and powerleveling
