Bad rubber banding / lag

Just got into part 2 act 6 and am experiencing extremely poor performance quality issues on my ps5. I had 0 issues up to this point and would like to experience the rest of the game without dealing with this near unplayability. Any solutions would be great as I’m loving the game so far and would very much not want to stop playing over this. I am located in western Canada and play on wifi ( no ability to connect to Ethernet unfortunately )

Same issue here, waiting on my refund from steam for this steaming pile, hopefully soon

**Update*

*Changing my dns settings, server, restarting console, wifi frequency, and hybrid settings seemed to help a bit but diddnt fully fix the issue. However the game is a bit more playable now, also getting rid of as many mobs on screen as you can while you progress helps with the demand. Bit more of a grind but hope this helps someone.
