I'm trying to change my mail address since I had it deleted years ago not knowing I will need it to change, my account to a new one lmao
I provided every information I could, even with screenshots from linked accounts, and now I don't get any more answers. And all you see here are copy & paste answers.. Like seriously, click on the profile and check the recent posts. Hundreds of times, the same answers. I would like to support you and actually buy the PoE 2 EA but with a support like this? Hell nah. Going to go back to Diablo 3. Because at least blizzard lets me manage my account. And please don't bother copying and pasting the same stuff here. Last bumped on Jan 11, 2025, 8:45:22 AM

" You email them and ask to do this, the process will be over several mails, do not sned more mail until asked to (it resets your position in the queue each time you do) Also it IS going to take a while, they already had a weeks's long queue to the point where emails were not getting through, their inbox was crammed full. (a first for them) and that was before the xmas/new year holidays where most of the staff were off. They did warn you it was going to take a while in the announcments and that they would be hiring more staff BUT that would have at best started getting done on the 3rd, more likely everyone will be back on monday. trying to change my email, also. first email sent on dec 2. someone replied and just said " try contacting your email provider to see if they can restore the email for you" after that i havent heard back from them anymore. really wonder if its even possible to get an email change. if its not possible then they should just say so instead of leaving people hanging like this.
