Issue with Lost Items after Disconnection during Breach Event

I encountered a problem while playing on January 5th, 2025, while participating in a Breach event. During the event, 10 breaches appeared in the map, and after farming for a while, my ping suddenly spiked to approximately 70,000, causing the game to crash and disconnect. When I logged back in, all of the items I had collected during the event were gone, as if my character had been reverted to its state before entering the map.

This issue occurred initially around 4:00 PM GMT+7 on January 5th, 2025, and then again around 12:30 AM GMT+7 on January 6th, 2025.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this issue and restoring the items that were lost during these events.
