My support ticket still unresolved
I asked for help with buying wrong supporter pack the 6th of December. I got a response on the 16th, they asked me for some info to verify its me. Answered them same day but have yet to get another response. I understand its very busy with so many players and Christmas and everything, but I wish I had some timeline or indication Ill get another response. Also afraid after I answered something happened and It wont get updated. Sorry for the hassle
