Trade pricing integration with Public Stash Tabs

Integrating an avg pricing overlay into public stash tabs from the trade site for items would simplify the user experience for your users to set proper trade value for items and increase the adoption of public trading of items.

This would increase the overall user experience by not having to leave the game or use another device/browser and effectively know what value to trade an item at. This is especially useful for the users new to POE2 and others looking to efficiently trade. This also would maximize time in game instead of doing manual item value look up outside of the game.

An example of the desired user experience:
1. Only active on a public stash tab.
2. When setting the price for an item you would have a text that is showing the avg trade value based on top 10 similar items.


Trade value calculations:
- based on top 10 items listed with similar values for all attributes on the items (as min values) from the trade site.
- if no item matches with those minimum values, the avg is calculated without the min values listed
