3 Accounts!? This account management/system is bonkers

Had an old poe account for ages, bought on Xbox thinking it would just let me login to that account... nope. Tried support for the past month+ and have received 1 response and nothing has been done. Give up and purchase the supporter pack again on the PC. Their site is broken and won't go through with the transaction, so I purchase through steam... it's ANOTHER account! WTF... now I have 3 accounts.

It's insane. At no point does it tell me the accounts/what is is loading it against. The combine accounts is nearly pointless. It doesn't combine purchases, coins, or anything. It just gives me a drop down to switch accounts. They already have my money... so I can't do anything about it, but my god is this frustrating.
