No Response From Support

I have sent a few emails to support@grindinggear.com but I am not getting a response. I don't think the forum is where you want microtransaction issues reported, but I would like to ensure my issue is raised and being addressed.
On January 1st, I purchased a Map Stash Tab from the microtransaction store through the web portal as the in game store was not working. I can see the coins were withdrawn from my account, but I did not seem to get the stash tab. I can provide purchase receipt showing I should have a total of 1000 coins. I have purchased and have available a Gem tab(40), a Currency tab (75), and two Premium Quad tabs (150 each) which means I would have 585 coins left. I attempted to purchase the Map tab for 150 which is reflected in my coin total which is now at 435, but I do not have my Map tab in game. I am going to repurchase the Map tab as it is currently on sale (I should have waited for this sale on the other tabs too :P), hopefully you can simply refund me the 150 coins. If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling a large volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! As a note, please don't send additional or follow-up emails, Support will get to you as soon as possible. For this specifically, I would suggest using the in-game store to make microtransaction purchases for Path of Exile 2 so you can see what microtransactions are currently available in the game. The Map Stash tab isn't currently in Path of Exile 2. | |

I just spent another 120 coins for a Map stash tab, yet there is no tab available. I did so immediately after posting so I did not see your reply before I did so.
