No Respond to Support Emails since almost 4 Weeks

Hey GGG-Team i would realy like to know if there is a reason i cant get an answer to my email i send you almost a month ago? I know that you have a lot to work with the release etc. and you already said that it takes longer time to respond on emails but 4 weeks? ... realy?
