Lost map / Inventory

While mapping, the game suddenly froze. By froze I mean the client nor mobs were moving, however the process itself and the UI was responsive so I could logout.

I was doing a breach in Hidden Grotto. Logged out and back in, portals were gone so was my entire inventory along with the active breach and another one I had available in the map.
