Guild point

Hi, I can't accept the donation from other guild members...
when I'm on the website, I can see message that member have offer guild point, but on the guild history there is nothing.

The issue may come from the fact that my poe account is linked to an old character of poe 1? (I can't actually see my POE2 characters, or switch to then, I don't know if it's normal...)

I can see the guild panel, and the info are correct (it is the right guild name, date of creation etc), just no history, nothing to "accept" "refuse" here...

can someone please help ? we need a stash tab, and I lack a bt of guild money to buy it =c
