Arbiter

Just 5 mins ago had some sad bug was collecting all stones for arbiter for a long time and finaly managed to do so , me and friend entered and even killed him but on his death we both had DC and when entered back in game all portals were closed and i cant enter ..... BB 3 divines and bb quest and farm again , could u plz fix it or refund me atleast keys so i can try him again ?
